Is It Difficult to Start a Blog?

Writing blogs is one of the most easiest way to do online. There are tons of applications that can be used to do it. They also provide guides to assist you from the very first post until you can manage to do it on your own, from the design to templates, from links to widgets, anything can be done through drag and drop. If you have some knowledge with HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages, that is surely a very huge advantage.

But what makes blogging hard to do?

Honestly, I'm not a fan of writing. Though I have lots of ideas to say but I'm finding it hard to organize the flow of thoughts that's in my head which affects the quality of the article I'm writing. But this can be worked out.

Is that what makes blogging hard to do? Simply not.

I might think it's in the purpose of what your blog is all about. If your purpose of having blog or website is to earn money, then the hardest part of it come along. Blogging, the way to earn extra cash can be done easily if it is done perfectly. But not all become successful because when they can't see the results they are looking for, more often than not, many bloggers tend to surrender.

You might think that building traffic is as easy as 123, but I do think it's not. The search engine optimization process is far more difficult than I expected. Of course, SEO experts can do it perfectly, but for a simple blogger like me, all you can do is just follow the basic guidelines and leave it to the content of the your blog and your intended purpose, say sharing your ideas. If it is done correctly, then you would be fine, but if not, your blog is like a trash no one ever care to read. Harsh, but that's the reality.

But for me, whatever purpose you may have, things can go no wrong as long as you enjoy what you are doing. Things come when you least expect as long as you do it in a way you think it's the best. Remember, first and foremost, it's the quality of the content that bring the readers. Next is how you reach out to your readers. Then, don't forget the design of your blog. Of course, don't also forget to engage in the blog of others. Don't overlook the importance of interaction, as it might one of the keys for your to be a successful blogger.

For as long as you connect with your audience well, then you will have no problem. The visitors or readers that builds the traffic will easily come to you. Over time, it will become more and more search engine friendly. If you are a skilled advertiser or publisher, you can benefit the most it and expect monetary opportunity.
