I am checking my e-mails when I received an update from one of my online account, the Elance. Of course, I checked what the mail was all about. They just delivered news to their subscribers regarding the Elance's new features that every freelancer would find very interesting.

One of the features that catches my attention was their blog where its latest post was presented in infographics. Infographics really encourages me to read. And I'm amazed how the significant and the important information are presented visually and coherently. Thus, it challenges me to try such thing. Well, I tried but too far from perfect... I really need to study to pull it off.

Is It Difficult to Start a Blog?

Writing blogs is one of the most easiest way to do online. There are tons of applications that can be used to do it. They also provide guides to assist you from the very first post until you can manage to do it on your own, from the design to templates, from links to widgets, anything can be done through drag and drop. If you have some knowledge with HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages, that is surely a very huge advantage.

When I decided to try working online, I never thought that the competition will be stiff and massive as the whole wide world is doing so. But I believe and I am confident enough that I can make it. I know I have the right skills and competencies that I can compete with the best online service providers out there.

It's been a month since I've posted my first article to my blog entitled Getting A Job Online. After six months of providing services and still going, I almost made half-a-thousand dollar in total. You might be wondering that the income I earned during the span of six months is too small. But I would say it's big enough, considering that I'm working as a part-time only and the competition among applicants are too high.

Being online for long hours really teaches me many things. Sometimes I find it boring and sometimes I find it a waste of time, but most of the time, I have been entertained in any way. Surfing is the first thing that is done once an Internet browser is open. Of course, there I was searching for information that are available in the net, downloading music and videos, chatting, social networking, reading some news and articles that I find interesting about latest discoveries, love and relationships, latest buzz on entertainment, latest happening around the world, and most of all the latest updates on tennis, most especially, on Roger Federer.
