The night is approaching and it's time again for cooking dinner. What's our main dish for dinner? Well, our fridge have threadfin breams, a bundle of Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, finger chilies, and onion. Wow, I can cook a braised fish in tomatoes. To let you know how to cook this kind of dish, below is the simple steps to follow:

BRAISED FISH IN TOMATOES
Ingredients:
3/4 kilo threadfin breams, cut into two
1 bundle Chinese cabbage
150 grams tomatoes, cut
3 finger chilies (optional)
1 onion, sliced
3 cups water
1 tsp salt
MSG to taste

Preparation:
Clean the threadfin breams. Make sure to remove the gills, the scales, and its intestines. Set aside with a sprinkle of a teaspoon of salt. Wash the Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, and the chillies.

Put 3 cups of water in a casserole together with tomatoes and onion and wait until it boils. Add the threadfin breams as well as the chillies and wait until the fishes cook. Then, add the Chinese cabbage. Boil again for a couple of minutes and then add salt and seasoning to taste.

A sip of fish broth can add appetite. Enjoy eating...
