As everyone's expected, Rafael Nadal clinched his sixth straight title at the first ATP Masters 1000 event on clay at Monte-Carlo, his first since ATP Masters 1000 Rome in 2009.

In a lopsided contest, Nadal's opponent Fernando Verdasco managed to win just one game in the entire match 6-0|6-1. Nadal's scintillating performance shows only that he remains the King of Clay and show no mercy for those who block his way.
He will try to defend his crown at the Barcelona Open for his sixth title. All I can say is that Nadal is back!
